Contributions to the Tea Party General Fund can be unlimited. Personal, corporate, LLC, Professional, Sole Proprietorships - any and all entities may contribute any amount (no amount is too large or too small) to Tea Party. Contributions to the General Fund are exclusively for NON-federal candidates.

NOTE: If you wish to contribute to the Federal Fund - click on the FEDERAL account icon below. IE: If you wish to contribute to the Tea Party candidate who will oppose Alan Grayson, you can contribute to that cause with a donation to the Federal Account. Federal contributions to the TEA Party are limited to personal donations not to exceed $10,000 per year.



Contributions to the Tea Party are not deductible for federal income tax puposes. Corporate contributions and checks by foreign nationals are prohibited by law. Paid for the Tea Party. Federal law requires all contributors whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 per election cycle to provide occupation and employer. Personal credit cards only. Contributions to this account will go exclusively to Federal candidates IE: Tea Party candidate against Alan Grayson. Those contributions will go toward general party building activities and not toward federal candidates.
